"not knowing much about insurance, I should have looked up all of the reviews regarding State Farm before I ended up getting them. Let me break down what has Happened and why I'm out $15,000. if you learn nothing else from this review, just know don't get State Farm. I have a business that received an audit that I was not made aware of, I did not find this out till reaching out to Bryans office randomly. over the course of many months, I told them I tried time and time and time again to complete the audit in which half of the times we would go through our text threads there would be no response no form of communication on their end. After many months of me continuously reaching out to this office, they finally was able to assist me in getting the audit done and after it was completed, they told me my insurance would be reinstated ASAP which I did not know it was even canceled. After receiving information from this office, even though they purposely ignored my text messages on multiple occasions I assumed my insurance would be reinstated and then we had a $15,000 loss. I tried to make a claim, And they continuously kept telling me that they would look into it/work on it, and that they were waiting for certain departments to handle the claim. All of this turned out that my insurance was never going to be reinstated And State Farm knew it, but Bryan's office didn't know it apparently Because although he is contracted with State Farm, he does not know all of the policies. this is a very basic analysis of my experience with State Farm. If you quickly look them up on Google or YouTube, you will see tons of people say that they don't pay out Claims and they make it as difficult as possible. This coupled with the fact that I have multiple text messages with the office stating everything I've said was true. They do not care and now I'm being told to put a claim against Brian's insurance since I was misinformed and not assisted properly throughout the many months that I attempted to correct any audits that I was not made aware of. Once I spoke with the underwriting team because Bryan's office wouldn't do anything even though they were the ones who told me my insurance would be reinstated asap, with me speaking calmly and professionally i was hung up on by the underwriting team and they gave me attitude the entire time as if I was in the wrong. I say all that to say #1 don't go through state farm, #2 there are tons of better policies out there that I have found all state stay away from State farm, #3 If for some reason you're ridiculous enough to use state farm, DO NOT use Bryan's office. The level of miscommunication and lack of communication on their end cost me $15,000 . I've already found another insurance provider that gave me 10x more coverage, at a way better price and they actually will answer calls, text, etc. each time. I'm officially at a dead end with State Farm as my last step to fight this is to Go at Bryan's insurance company, but at this point It's been over nine months of me, fighting them for the same issue and I am officially giving up. This review hopefully will steer away anybody that is as stupid as I was to get insurance without doing any research on the provider. Do your research or at the very least don't get State Farm."
